Peanut Butter Amaranth Bliss Balls | Vegan Recipe

These yummy peanut butter and amaranth bliss balls are not only super easy and quick to make (only 4 ingredients and 2 steps), they are also healthy and sweetened by dates instead of sugar.

Ingredients (5-6 bliss balls)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
10 dried dates
10 teaspoons puffed amaranth
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
Instructions (5-6 balls)
Blend all the ingredients in a small food processor.
Form little balls by pressing the dough together. If the dough is too soft, add more amaranth.
