7 Places with Yummy Vegan Soft-Serve in Tokyo

One thing I missed a lot after going vegan was eating creamy soft-serve. While gelato is absolutely delicious as well, it’s just not the same as decadent, milky soft-serve, right?

Back in Germany, I have never seen a plant-based version of it, so I am very happy that in Japan it exists! In this post, I am going to share 7 places for yummy vegan soft-serve in Tokyo with you.

V = Vegan, VG = Vegetarian, NV = Non-vegan & non-vegetarian

Rainbow Bird Rendevous (V)

Nakameguro

soft serve

The vegan café Rainbow Bird Rendevous in Nakameguro has amazing soft-serve that comes in three different flavours: vanilla, coffee and a mix of the two! The base is soy milk and cashews and instead of white sugar agave syrup and maple syrup are used, yum! Everything is organic and pestecide-free and made in-store.

I personally tried their vanilla soft-serve which was super rich, creamy and absolutely delicious! In fact, it was so good that I ate two in a row!

The best thing: You can even order their soft-serve online!

They come with different toppings like for example caramel or berries.

I chose the caramel one which tasted absolutely heavenly! The creamy soft serve was topped with a salty caramel sauce and there was crunchy granola on the bottom.
